Submissions

Anyone with an Archive Room account can offer an item for consignment through the "Sell with us" form. A submission is free and creates no obligation for either party.

You confirm that you own the item or are entitled to sell it, and that the photos and description you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Review and offer

SIA Archive Room reviews submissions at its own discretion and may decline any item without giving a reason.

If we are interested, we send you an offer. The commercial terms (price, commission or purchase price, duration, handling of unsold items) are agreed individually for each item before it is handed over, and are confirmed in writing.

Handing over the item

Items are brought to the Archive Room shop in Rīga or shipped as agreed. We inspect every item on arrival; if its condition or authenticity does not match the submission, we may decline it and return it to you.

Your data

We use the information and photos in your submission only to evaluate the item, communicate with you and, if agreed, sell it. Photos of submissions that are declined or closed are deleted 6 months after closing; the submission record is anonymized after 24 months. You can withdraw a submission that has not been reviewed yet at any time from your account. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
