Delivery is provided by SIA Archive Room or its delivery partners. Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery area

Archive Room delivers within Latvia and, where indicated at checkout, to other European Union countries or internationally.

If delivery to a specific country is not available, the buyer will not be able to select that delivery destination at checkout.

Order processing

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise for a specific item or at checkout.

As Archive Room sells used and consigned items, order processing may occasionally take longer — for example, to verify an item's availability or prepare it for shipment.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time within Latvia is 1–5 business days after the order is handed over for delivery.

Delivery times outside Latvia may vary depending on the destination country, the delivery service provider, and customs procedures, where applicable.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, delivery address and order size. The exact delivery cost is shown before the order is confirmed.

Receiving your order

Upon receiving an item, the buyer should check whether the packaging is visibly damaged. If the packaging is significantly damaged, the buyer is advised to note this at the time of delivery and contact Archive Room immediately.

Incorrect delivery information

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery costs may be charged to the buyer.

Customs duties and other charges

If items are delivered outside the European Union, the buyer may be subject to customs duties, import charges or other local fees. These charges are not included in the item price or delivery cost unless stated otherwise.
