1. General terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website archiveroom.online, as well as the purchase of goods, order processing, delivery, the right of withdrawal, and other matters related to purchases.

By using the website and placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Archive Room's business model
Archive Room sells used, vintage, pre-owned and/or consigned items.
Items may be owned by SIA Archive Room or supplied for sale on consignment. Regardless of an item's origin, the buyer is provided with information about its material characteristics and condition on the website, to the extent this information is available to the seller.
3. Items and product information
Archive Room's website offers used, vintage, pre-owned and/or consigned clothing and accessories.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, condition, defects and other material information are stated on each item's listing.
Archive Room strives to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date. However, technical errors, inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur. If an error affects an order, Archive Room will contact the buyer to agree on how to proceed.
4. Condition of used items
The buyer understands and agrees that Archive Room sells used items, which may show signs of wear, ageing, visual defects, missing original packaging, or other characteristics typical of previously owned goods.
Each item's description and/or photographs state information about its condition, known defects and other material characteristics, to the extent this information is known to the seller.
Signs of wear, ageing, visual defects or other shortcomings that were clearly stated in the item's description, visible in photographs, or otherwise disclosed to the buyer before purchase, are not considered non-conformity with the contract.
5. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are shown in euros.
SIA Archive Room is not currently registered as a payer of value added tax, so VAT is not applied to item prices and is not shown separately.
If SIA Archive Room becomes a VAT payer in the future, information on the application of VAT will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
The buyer pays using one of the payment methods available on the website. The order is processed once payment has been received, unless stated otherwise.
6. Placing an order
To place an order, the buyer must select an item, enter the required contact and delivery information, choose a delivery and payment method, and confirm the order.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent order fulfilment.
7. Buyer's acknowledgement regarding the condition of used items
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that, before doing so, they have reviewed the item's description, photographs, stated used condition, signs of wear and any known defects listed for that item.
This acknowledgement does not limit the buyer's statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the right to make a claim if an item does not conform to the contract.
8. Formation of the contract
A distance contract between the buyer and SIA Archive Room is considered concluded once the buyer has placed an order and received an order confirmation at the email address provided.
9. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in the "Shipping" section. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service provider, destination and other circumstances.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the "Returns and Right of Withdrawal" section.
The right of withdrawal and its exceptions apply in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
11. Non-conformity of goods
Consumers have the right, in accordance with applicable law, to make a claim against the seller if goods do not conform to the contract.
As Archive Room sells used items, wear, signs of use, visual defects or other shortcomings that were clearly stated in the item's description, visible in photographs, or otherwise disclosed to the buyer before purchase, are not considered non-conformity with the contract.
If the buyer believes a received item does not conform to the contract, they should contact SIA Archive Room at info@archiveroom.online, stating the order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs.
12. Commercial warranty
Archive Room does not offer an additional commercial warranty on used items unless explicitly stated on a specific listing.
This does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.
13. Intellectual property
All photographs, text, design, trademarks, logos and other materials published on the website, unless stated otherwise, belong to SIA Archive Room or the respective rights holders.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using the website's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
14. Limitation of liability
Archive Room is not liable for losses arising from the unavailability of the website, technical malfunctions, or the actions of third-party service providers, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This limitation does not affect consumer rights established under applicable law.
15. Processing of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" section.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
If the buyer has a complaint about an item or service, please contact Archive Room at info@archiveroom.online.
Archive Room will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs) or use other dispute resolution methods provided for by law.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Where the buyer is a consumer in another European Union country, these Terms do not limit the buyer's mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence.
18. Changes to these Terms
SIA Archive Room reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect once published on the website, unless stated otherwise. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
