Maison Margiela Corduroy Tabi Sneakers

Size 39 (EU) Black corduroy high-tops from Maison Margiela, built around the house's split-toe Tabi shape. White laces and silver-tone eyelets contrast with the ribbed upper, while an off-white rubber sole rises around the toe in two separate sections. The divided toe traces back to Martin Margiela's debut show in 1988. On this version, that unusual outline meets the construction of a familiar canvas high-top. Corduroy adds a softer, more textured surface, especially where the ridges meet the smooth rubber.
